FLC Frank Lynch & Co. was founded by Frank Lynch in 1973. Over the past 50 years, FLC have developed into one of the largest accountancy firms in the North East. MEET THE TEAMMeet the Team
Kieran joined the firm in 1989 upon graduating from the University of Limerick with a Bachelor of Business Studies degree. Kieran is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and became a partner on 1994. His area of expertise covers a large cross section of small and medium sized enterprises ranging from the hotel trade to Agri-business, food processing and distribution and farming sectors.
Kieran has particular knowledge in the areas of Capital Gains and Inheritance Tax planning as well as providing cash-flow, budgeting and operating analysis to clients in his areas of expertise.
Francis is a fellow of the Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He trained and served his apprenticeship in Dublin and qualified at an early age. Having commenced employment with the firm in 1993 he was appointed a partner two years later in July 1995.
Francis has responsibility for a large cross section of clients with wide ranging activities including Hotels, Catering, Agri-Food Sector, Construction, Motor Trade, Legal and Professional
He has extensive experience in all aspects of Taxation, Auditing and Company Law and has recently been successfully appointed as a Mentor on the PLATO EBR Programme which is a business development programme providing opportunities for networking and management development to SME’s throughout the East Border Region.

The firm will continue to have the benefit of his wide experience and expertise in all aspects of the practice for the foreseeable future.
It is worthy of mention that Frank is well known in sporting circles having played left half forward on Louth’s All Ireland winning team of 1957, and that he served his County with distinction in the field of administrator both as Chairman and County Team Manager.
Paul Steeples joined the firm in 1973 and became a partner in 1983.
Paul advises clients across a wide range of industries specifically Credit Unions, Motor Industry, Construction and Agriculture.

Paul also has a wealth of experience in the (SME) Small Medium Enterprise sector. Paul can offer experience and practical business advice to enable clients to make informed business decisions.
Paul has recently retired as a partner from Frank Lynch & Co, however remains as a consultant with the firm.
